Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the best products available. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns will include return shipping and other charges. Once a product is shipped, these fees will be incurred, if you need to cancel your order, you will need to pay all shipping charges. Our ultimate goal is to provide the products you desire, and we are willing to work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper use or accidents, but it is subject to our limited warranty terms. All products must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, package，parts, and accessories, or an additional 10% charge may be incurred. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees at our discretion.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any banking fees that may occur during the refund process. We are also not responsible for delivery, pickup failures, delays caused by weather, incorrect address information, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

You can expect your refund via the original payment method within 30 days after we receive your returned product.

Only products purchased directly from runowfitness.com are eligible for return. If you purchased a product from a third-party seller, please contact the seller directly to discuss your return options.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can submit a return request within 30 days after delivery, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Due to the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not refund the shipping or delivery fees you paid to receive the product.

All returns require an authorization number.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

• We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
• Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
